Group Class Schedule as of January 2012

classes begin during the first week of the month except the Beginner classes.

Sunday: 7-00: Beginner Class 8-30: Intermediate Social Class

Monday: 7-00 Intermediate International Class

Tuesday: 7-00: Lessons

Wednesday: 7-00 International 101

Thursday: 7-00: Beginner class II

Friday: 7-00: Intermediate Social Class

Saturday: Monthy theme dances - a party once a month [Look in Theme party]

Private Lessons

are available daily 10-00AM to 10-00PM and are by appointment only:

Note: Private lessons cannot be taken during a time a Group class is scheduled!

Owing to the aerobic nature of ballroom dancing it is suggested that you check with your physician before exercising too much. (20 minutes of continuous dancing can be equal to a fast aerobic session!)

When dancing wear shoes which are comfortable and firm, preferably with leather soles. Ladies shoes should have a heel slightly higher than you would wear normally. Tennis shoes are very hard on the ankles and tendons. Clothes should be comfortable and free moving and not too tight to restrict normal movement.
